I used to help two of my mates with their paper rounds and they said they would pay me 2 quid a week (it was a lot then ok) so i used to literally run home from school and help them. And you know hat- i was never ever payed a single penny. I am so gullible. Once one of them said, im just having my tea, ill meet you up soon- i ended up doing teh whole thing myself.Shocking!
I also had a few nasty experiences with dogs who bit me and one were you kind of had to fling the paper through the door cos as soon as it hit the floor all you heard was ripping, tearing. It was pretty scary

It was pretty scary There was a house where I delivered to which had a dog what used to grab the paper as soon as I started putting it through the letterbox. Always made me jump. Although I'm not 100% convinced it was a dog, I can never remember it barking. I think it might have been a mad old man who enjoyed scaring paperboys.
