Hi Serena!
I need some (no good) advice if you wouldn't mind. They took down the poster in my gym that details all the warm-up and cool-down exercises and replaced it with a picture of your good self. Since I no longer have the exercise poster for reference, do you think maybe you could recommend some stretches that will help to condition my muscles?

To reshape your figure, start by training your entire body twice a week with 30-60 minutes of cardio exercises (at least, 3-4 times a week). Of course, working out is great and reshaping your body will give you good looking results, but these activities will be a waste of time without the proper eating habits. God, Serena's so easy...
And Panda, if you want to get buff, don't bother with all the CV. Just do 5 minutes as a warm-up when you visit the gym, otherwise you'll end up burning off any muscle you've built-up. That's assuming you've got the same build as me (which I believe you have).
At least, this is what I was always told...

That's what my fully qualified personal trainer told me, or similar words to the same extent. By all means do cardiovascular training, but not in the same session as resistance training as it'll totally undermine the resistance training.
