I'd say: Sophie Ellis-Bextor: Mixed up world. I know that this hasn't come out yet but it is truly an ace song and deserves to be in the top 5 of 2003 so far* Girls Aloud: Life Got Cold and No good advice Justin: Cry me a River. Self explanatory really but i like dududu bit Patrick Wolf:To the lighthouse- i used it as a soundtrack for my play. This post didn't specify songs that have been released as singles so i thought that this could classify.
*Nick agrees with me
EDIT- I can't count.

1. Girls Aloud - No Good Advice 2. S Club 8 - Fool No More 3. Justin Timberlake - Cry Me a River 4. Richard X & Kelis - Finest Dreams 5. Lillix - It's About Time
Edit: On second thoughts, I've concluded that this year has been far too ace and that top 5 list doesn't quite do all the wonderful pop justice. So, #5 is a toss up between the aformentioned Lillix song, Amy Studt's Misfit, Kelly Clarkson's Miss Independent, Black Eyed Peas' Where Is The Love and All The Things She Said by Tatu.
