Chums! I loved all the skits on SM:TV circa Ant & Dec. When I watching Stars In Their Eyes Kids today I couldn't help thinking of the lovely Miss Deeley as Cat the Dog. I'm considering buying the video... Speaking of Aussie kids TV, what about Round The Twist? Truly bizarre and really quite good! I think they still make it; and the kids haven't aged at all. Spooky. seriously buy the smtv and chums vids they are in pure poka rap stylee wickkkkadddddddddddddddddddd

Don't get me started on those fab 80s/early 90s kids TV shows - made puberty all the more bearable!
He Man/She Ra were two of my faves (I had soooooooo many of the action figures which, incidentally, only cost £2.50 "back in the day" but now are selling for £20 as special edition collectors items in Forbidden Planet...! Times they are a-changing)
My Dad found the 'He Man/She Ra' movie 'Search for the Sword' for me a couple of yrs back, when the two characters meet for the first time - its great! (although, its all too obvious that its four episodes tacked together with a dodgy 80s MOR track for the theme tune!)
Knightmare was undoubtadely CLASS tv - I still get goosebumps remembering the sound of the goblin horns as the dungeoneers took too long to leave the rroms....

Battle of the planets!
I thought it was sooo coool, saw it recently and was very dissapointed that the animation was so clunky.
On a similar thought when I first saw Watership down at the cinema I couldn't believe that the rabbits were animated and not real.

Cheryl's Lawyer - you must be almost exactly my age as i believe we have the same list. except mine includes moschops, cos i had a video.
moschops is clearly the most superior of all kids tv shows - freindly dinosaurs, singling flowers and bernard cribbins...what more could you ask for?

Button Moon ruled utterly. You take spoons and a baked bean tin and you make TV magic...

Dungens and Dragons anyone? Who else did Uni impressions in the playground? I hated that damned unicorn. Every single time they had a chance to go home, they would lose it so they could save that stupid pony with a cornetto stuck on it's head. But the best episode was when Eric got to be the Dungeon Master.
