They were so bizarre. What ever made them think that such a mental song like Flee Fly Fo would make them famous? Straight to the dole queue and deservedly in the dumper.

I don't remember them - I DO remember e-male, who I believe tried to sell them selves via the marketing ploy of being able to rollerskate...

Trust me, fe-mail made e-male look like pop geniuses. e-male's ploy was that they were all ex Starlight Express cast members. Speaking of West End/pop crossovers, does anyone remember Brit Pack? They were the spawn from the short lived musical Boyband.

Speaking of West End/pop crossovers, does anyone remember Brit Pack? They were the spawn from the short lived musical Boyband. I vaguely remember them. One of the members was Damien Flood, who was later in the musical Rent along with Jason Pennycooke, who was in E-Male! It's a small world.

Speaking of West End/pop crossovers, does anyone remember Brit Pack? They were the spawn from the short lived musical Boyband. i remember charlotte church viewing their single, saying they'd never make it because they had a rubbish name. quite right. fe-mail were truly awful. by default i should love them, but not even i would sink so low. they had a member called laura, who they pretended everybody called lauz, when, in reality, no one would ever do that. ever. cheerio!

I went to see Boyband - the Musical after winning tickets in TopShop. It was pretty bad, as you might expect, notable mainly for Trevor of "under the patio in Brookside" fame playing the boyband's evil manager. Luckily, they get back at him by revealing their "true selves" (ie one of them takes drugs! one of them is gay! yes, just one of them) and going on to greater fame. This old man sitting in front of us fell asleep while the supposedly hunky one from the boyband came out into the audience for the finale and sang the final song to a girl who was about 12. Yuk.
Now, if only they'd done pelvic thrusts on rollerskates, like e-m@le. I still have their single where they sing "we are, email, we just, can't fail". Ahem.

Even we have standards. I actually know a girl called Laura who tries to make everyone call her Lauz. No-one does and all the other Laura's hate her. My favourite e-male lyric was: "We'll make you vibrate to an e-male state"

I have a friend called Laura, who was called Loz while in year 7 and 8 until she fell out with all her friends and had to make new ones. Her new much nicer self had to have a much nicer name ie. Laura. I'm now friends with her ex-friends as well as her of course. People seem to swap friends like Pokemon cards at my school This ramble really has nothing to do with Fe-mail though does it? Sorry! Jessica

Wasn't this set on a bus, just to scare the world off public transport even more?

I'm getting the feeling it was. Not a proper bus, just a massive blue one that they danced on and pretended to drive using some crap CGI effect.

I've got the video on a TV Hits video. Will look for it soon but not now. It was on a bus, you're right.
