Julie Walters is amazing.
It's better than The Miller's Tale.

OK it lacked the Billie-ness of the last one but story and acting-wise it was better than last weeks.

Much, much better than last week.
Better script, better acting, better thought-out.
Just better all round.
(Is it wrong that I was jealous of Paul Nicholls shagging Julie Walters? Shouldn't that have been the other way around?)

That was so, so much better than reading Chaucer.
*shudders*
I still have nightmares about those dusty, arcane pages...
But Julie Walters makes it all better.

it was great and much better than the weaver's tale - everyone in my family enjoyed it, which is rare. jen what are you on? chaucer is awesome! well... i am an english geek i suppose but even so
ps - i weirdly didn't fancy paul nicholls. this is rare for me as i am quite horny at the moment. was it the way he said "care" and "dare" that put me off?

I liked the end. I thought it was sweet how he was so upset that she'd changed herself as she thought she wasn't beutifaul, but in his eyes she was perfect. Is that what being in love is like?
