After only about a week of comeback shows Michael Barrymore is pulling out of all the rest of the shows. the bad reviews probably had something to do with it. My *friend* will be disappointed by this as he wanted to go and see this with me next week for comedy value at watching Barrymore crack up.
Are you surprised?

The press must be gutted, they probably already had someone they were going to plant in the audience to shout something at him which they could report on.
It didn't help that he mentions the stuff that led up to the event as part of his act and the low celeb turnout couldn't be surprising either.

That's enough Barrymore. There's probably not much you would want to say about him that wouldn't involve both me and you getting sued anyway.
