Yesterday going about my day to day life I found myself at a pelican crossing. Now the red man was there and not the green flasher and I should have known not to cross the road, but I did anyway. Walking along on my merry way and listening to my CD player without a care in the world and *smack* I get hit on my face by the wing mirror of a minibus. After being unconcious and coming too in a hospital I find I have 4 stitches just abover my left eyebrow. This would be a funny story to tell at pubs, if not for the fact that nearly exactly the same thing happened when I was 14 but with 2 stitches to my RIGHT eyebrow. I am now officialy Madeline West's tribute act, and will be telling all by friends that a tennisball caused it not that I was stupid enough to walk infront of a bus again.

Madeline West off neighbours? Yep, Dee who also got hit by a bus a year or so ago in real life. And also I forget to mention that the CD i was listening too at the time was the Evanescene Album, proving that non-pop music is bad for ya. Richard

this bus thing happens to me with alarming frequency- about every two months.
as the single decker 192 bus [for those of you with an eye for detail] pulls into piccadilly to take you out of town, the drivers seem not to give a flying fuck and often their wing mirror collides with my looking-the-other-way-head. never needed stitches though.
i am, however at times, mae west. or at least like to think sometimes i am.

I made the paper!! The paper was only the local one, and the column was about all of 2 inches big, there was No blooming picture or mention of my Neighbours connection, but I'm still happy! I have blanked out all addresses so you don't come stalking me for an autograph, not like you'd see it with the crapness of the scanner i used though. ;D Richard

I think you should tell the story like Madeline West did. She said she wanted to advertise make up because the only way they could identify the bus she was hit by was by her make up imprint left on the side. "Make up so effective it sticks to a bus". Genius

Isn't she starting a music career? Yeah I heard that. She's definately going out of neighbours. Her exit's going to be quite shocking apparently!! Shame, along with Lyn and Steph Scully, Dee is the one of the only characters left who I like.

Stick with Darcy, he really loves you and all your faults, Toadie claims to love you but once its revealed that you are less than perfect what happens? He dumps on you! From a big height! They're both messed up, but you like that. Pick Darcy, you can trust him because you know him. There's something not right with Toadie, something's just not there.
