fall out in the most inconvenient places? For me it is one of the great mysteries of life, it's like they have their own mind or something

Mine like to jump out at very inconvenient places too. It's quite annoying. Especially if only one falls out, and you have to make that hard decision - whether to walk about with one contact lens, or be half blind. Baffling.

I found a crumpled up disposable contact lens on the back of my sofa yesterday. It was quite rank.
I'm thinking of getting lenses in a couple of months; is it really that easy to touch your eye? It scares me.

It scares me. i love touching my eyes every day, its fun. really, its a bit wierd at first, but you get used to it, you cant even tell your wearing them after a while. much better than wearing glasses anyday.

I can touch my eye, maybe I'd not be so bad with contact lenses after all. Lalas, your avatar makes me laugh. The girlies are all squashed and look like kids dressed up as them. ;D Jessica

Sorry The way of the mighty Cherry is the only way forward. Every time I see Cherry in your avatar I smile and this is heartening My colleague lost one his contact lenses in the sink today. I don't like him so I was glad.

My cookery teacher always used to drop hers on the floor during lessons. We just used to laugh and make no effort to help her.
