There's this brand new thingy going on where a contestant, at a crossroads in their life, gives the public the chance to choose what they do with their life. There's a big vote, and the outcome becomes reality for the contestant. Interactive fun..
Obviously this brand new thingy doesn't exist. But, I need to decide between dropping out of sixth form, or staying. I thought I might do my maths in November then drop out.
What do you think? Drop, Stay or Wait?

I always regret not staying for sixth form and have only just got myself an A level in Law - its a lot harder partime, honestly.

What happens if you the contestant drops out? Is there a Plan B?

Stay if at all possible. It's much harder to go back later.

Good question Nick! The plan B is Journalism at Darlo. If I can get in. And they reckon my GCSE English grades are good enough, so that would be it.

Nick would suggest you know for certain whether you'd get in before you made a hasty decision.
He'd also suggest you look very closely into the careers / prospects of those who go to Journalism college. They could be fantastic. Then again, they could not. Stuff like this matters more than I expected when I first applied to uni, annoyingly.
If work placements / experience is involved, find out where. It could be very useful for future employment, but look into it first.
Are you doing A-level English (lang / lit / both)?

I'm doing Language.
It's quite good.
A bit of light in an otherwise dark and moody situation.
