I wouldn't say Billie was good...she played a slightly good singer...oh hang on she was good. Job done my mistake.

i imagine Chris Evans was kicking himself when that went out for allowing it - her snogging Dennis Waterman and me thinking of Chris Evans made me laugh - how many others ? Bit close to home, as a previous poster noted.
so, the lip-kissing scene at the recording studio - was that her behind?

Yes it was hers, she complained when she saw it played back that it was quite hairy.

Billie thinks her arse was hairy I didn't think so I've noticed that some women like to knock themselves down when it comes to their looks. Some of them are mingers, and are right. But most of them are hot and are wrong. And I have to tell them how wrong they are. Tis a tough life

If we didn't it then everyone else would think it and wouldn't say it and then be mean about us behind our backs. If we say it then at least people have the chance to go 'Oh no! Your wrong' or 'yes..you are fat, but i love you for it.' Its all very complicated. Plus there's this whole obsession to be really un-hairy nowdays, but everyone has hair all over their bodies, but we're not meant to, so if we go 'ahh..i've got a hairy arse.' then its like we're telling people we know. If that makes sense.

If that makes sense. no, you dont have to. I cant see how agreeing with someone's opinion that they're fat is going to help them feel better (and most women i know who say they're fat, arent) - you (collectively) could try 'not saying it', we'd think whatever we liked, but not say it, and your (collective) self-esteem would be intact

Its hard to explain.. i know that in my group of friends if you think you've got really dirty hair you go 'no! I've got really dirty hair today!' and then we can go 'no you haven't' or 'yes, but it still looks lovely, wash it tonight' Its like when you draw a picture and you say its crap, even when it isn't, just to stop someone else insulting it before you have. That way it doesn't seem so bad. I wish i could explain this better.

i do understand , i'm just saying its unneccesary and damaging to peoples' self-esteem
theres no point knocking yourself, theres enough people who'll do it anyway

my 2p's worth..
i thought Billie was the best thing in that Chaucer telly play, she played it quite realistically and I was believing her character. The two old blokes were a bit 'ooh look at what were doing, bring Chaucer to the masses' while the blonde guy was a bit odd and didn't really seem to be reading from the same script.
